The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office issued this press release on their official Facebook page in search of possible other victims of a sex trafficker –
“The DA’s Office believes a Corona man charged with human trafficking may have other victims and we are seeking the public’s help in locating any additional victims.
Billy Moore Jr., DOB: 12-2-94, was arrested in July by the Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking (RCAHT) task force. He has been charged by our office with eight felonies including human trafficking, pimping and pandering involving three victims. There are believed to be several other victims who have not yet been identified.
The case is being investigated by Riverside County sheriff’s Deputy Danny Engels of the task force. Anyone who believes they or someone they know may have been a victim of this defendant or of any human trafficking, please contact the RCAHT task force at (855) 758-3733 or the National Human Trafficking Resource Center at (888) 373-7888.
The RCAHT task force is a multidisciplinary task force which combines the investigative resources of both local and federal law enforcement. The law enforcement component of RCAHT is currently composed of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Riverside County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, and the FBI, along with part time participation of the Hemet, Riverside, and Desert Hot Springs police departments.”
