A search warrant was served on October 15 at 1923 Williams Street. A resident at the location, 31-year-old Andrew Perez, tried to run away.
Perez threw down a stolen gun as he ran, but he was soon in custody.
The residence was the scene of a meth conversion lab. Deputies confiscated five firearm, %10,450 in currency, 2.3 pounds of processed marijuana, 127 marijuana plants, ammunition, and “77.8 pounds of suspected liquid methamphetamine, with an approximate street value of $233,400 and 81.9 pounds of suspected methamphetamine, with an approximate street value of $245,700.”
Perez was arrested on “felonies related to narcotics sales and weapon violation charges.”
In addition, 31-year-old Mauricio Alvarez and 27-year-old Kassandra Manriquez were arrested on charges in relation to narcotics sales.
