SEARCH WARRANT LEADS TO ARRESTS AND CONFISCATION OF PROHIBITED FIREARMS

The search warrant resulted in the arrest of Arisbel Gutierrez-Fabela, 27 years, Chantel Alvarado, 21 years and Paul Gutierrez-Fabela, 28 years, all Turlock residents, for cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sales. There is a fourth subject who is outstanding and a person of interest in this on-going investigation. At this time, other criminal violations are being considered for all four.
With the help of Stanislaus County Probation Officer Elise Schwartz and her K9 Java, who is trained to sniff out firearms, ammunition and narcotics, Detectives located over 300 marijuana plants, over $40,000 dollars in cash, one rifle, three handguns, ammunition and evidence of illegal firearm manufacturing.
