“On 10/23/20, Officers were in the area of Terrace and Carr when they observed Jorge Lam (39).
Officers recognized Lam as a wanted subject, with a felony warrant. Officers attempted to contact Lam, and he fled on foot. Officers gave chase, and Lam threw a firearm onto the sidewalk during the foot pursuit.
Lam was tazed and taken into custody near Terrace and Madeira. The firearm was secured and found to be loaded with one round in the chamber.
A loaded magazine was also located in Lam’s pocket. Lam was transported and booked into Monterey County Jail for multiple firearm charges and the felony warrant. #spd #salinaspd #cantrunfromus #ohyougottabequickerthanthat”
