“In case you were wondering about the sirens through town: just a bit ago Chief Fears was patrolling through Solano St and noticed a man acting suspiciously.
He stopped to see if the man needed medical attention or if he was under the influence of something. While Chief Fears was speaking to the man he noticed the handle of a gun in the rear waistband of the mans pants.
He was detained and a search revealed the gun was loaded, he was in possession of over 10 grams of meth, paraphernalia, and over $4,000 cash. Mr. Jose Espinoza-Farias, age 46 of Red Bluff, was transported and booked into the Tehama County Jail on numerous charges. Good looking out, Chief!”
