Search Warrant in Linda Leads to Stolen Vehicle and Methamphetamine
Originally published as a Yuba County Sheriff’s Department press release –
“On Monday October 26, 2020 just before 8:00 a.m., Yuba County Sheriff Deputies served a search warrant at a home in the 5800 block of Rupert Avenue and arrested resident Travis Minick, age 40, for Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, and Possession of Stolen Property.
As deputies made initial contact with the occupants of the home, Minick was found to have methamphetamine in his pocket.
Additional methamphetamine was found packaged in Minick’s bedroom, along with a digital scale and glass pipe. A gray Honda Civic with no plates and missing components was located in the back yard; and using the VIN #, was confirmed to be a stolen vehicle.
At least one juvenile, age 14, was living at the home and present during the search warrant. Approximately 46 grams of methamphetamine was seized from the home. Minick was arrested and cited to appear on charges of 11378 H&S and 496 PC.”
