“K9 Beny is back at it again. This time it was an enforcement stop on a maroon Honda Accord for a violation of 26708(a)1 of the California Vehicle Code (window tint).
During the contact, the officer noted several factors that led him to believe the driver was engaged in criminal activity. K9 Beny was called in to conduct a sniff of the Honda’s exterior.
K9 Beny subsequently alerted to the odor of narcotics. At the conclusion of the contact, the officer asked for and was granted consent to search the Honda. During the search the officer located approximately 22 pounds of suspected cocaine.
The driver was arrested for possession for sale and transportation of narcotics.”
