“On 11-27-2020 at 9:27 P.M., Mendocino County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1300 block of North State Street in Ukiah, California.
On arrival, Deputies observed an adult female requesting help. The Deputies observed an adult male, identified as David Brown, attempting to hide under a bed inside the residence.
The adult female was able to open the door to the residence. Once the Deputies gained entry into the residence they observed the inside was in disarray; which led them to believe there had been some type of altercation.
The Deputies detained Brown and he showed objective signs of a high level of alcohol intoxication.
The Deputies processed the scene and interviewed the involved parties.
The Deputies developed probable cause to believe a domestic violence incident had occurred. During the incident Brown threw a beer bottle at the adult female who was pregnant.
The Deputies arrested Brown for 245(a)(1) PC (Felony Assault With a Deadly Weapon/Not a Firearm). Brown was booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was to be held in lieu of $30,000.00 bail.”
