Brothers arrested for child endangerment, one for manslaughter

“On Saturday night at approximately 11:30 pm, deputies responded to Gregory Road in the unincorporated area of Las Lomas for a report of an injured female.
After arriving on scene, deputies located a deceased female at the residence. Detectives responded and discovered foul play was involved. It appears the female was the victim of a gunshot wound.
During the investigation detectives arrested two brothers, 27-year-old Miguel Casillas-Cervantes and 24-year-old Axell Casillas-Cervantes.
Miguel was booked into county jail for child endangerment, and manslaughter. Axell was booked into county jail for child endangerment, and various weapons charges.
The investigation is ongoing and we are asking that anyone with information call Detective Arras Wilson at 831-759-7203 or Detective Sergeant David Vargas at 831-755-3771.”
