“While most were sleeping on Friday morning around 2:30, officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
Officers contacted the driver and a passenger. The driver was found to not only be on parole and prohibited from possessing firearms but also in possession of methamphetamine.
During a parole search of the vehicle, officers located a gun under the driver seat; as well as burglary tools.
The driver, 44-year-old Stockton resident, Kevin Green, was arrested for various charges and transported to jail.
The passenger was cited and released from the scene for possession of methamphetamine and burglary tools.”
