“This morning 47-year-old Sacramento resident Kien Vong was contacted in the 500 block of McDivett Drive and found to be in possession of over 3 ounces of methamphetamine and over 3 grams of heroin.
Mr. Vong was arrested for possession for sales of methamphetamine and heroin, due to COVID-19 restrictions, he was released at the scene and ordered to appear in court.”
