This morning, Stockton Police Homicide Detectives arrested Raymond Mendez, 35, in connection to the triple shooting that occurred yesterday at Sandman Park that sadly killed a 17-year-old male and left a 27-year-old man in critical condition along with a 21-year-old man who is in stable condition at the hospital. Detectives also arrested Gilbert Mendez, 37, for accessory.
