“The Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division concluded its investigation into 39-year-old Matthew Graham today.
This afternoon, the Property Crimes Unit went to the 1200 blk of San Miguel Canyon in the unincorporated area of Royal Oaks.

Detectives conducted a parole/compliance check at Graham’s residence.
During the investigation, detectives located numerous firearms and ammunition.
They also discovered Graham was manufacturing firearms out of the residence.
Graham was booked into the Monterey County Jail for a parole violation along with weapons related charges.”
