“Early Thursday morning EDSO patrol made a traffic stop in the area of Francisco Drive in El Dorado Hills.
The traffic stop resulted in a probation search and the arrest of the two male occupants of the vehicle.
The charges included outstanding arrest warrants, possession of burglary tools, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The burglary tools located included crow bars, a lock pick set, shaved keys, a window punch, bolt cutters, and walkie talkies.”
