Originally published as a City of Chino Police Department Facebook post – 

“This afternoon, Chino officers responded to a report of an arson that had just occurred in the alley near 9th St and Chino Ave.

The small fire was immediately extinguished and a detailed description of the suspect was provided to responding officers.

It is believed the same suspect is responsible for several other fires that have occurred in this same area over the past few days.

Thanks to the keen observation by witnesses, officers were able to quickly locate and take the suspect into custody without incident.”
