Redlands man arrested for downloading, distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material

“Detectives from the Redlands Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested a 22-year-old Redlands man last week for downloading and distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material over the internet.
Police received information that James Samuel Domingo had downloaded Child Sexual Abuse Material from a website before distributing it to others electronically.
On Thursday, Feb. 25, investigators served a search warrant at Domingo’s home in the 1700 block of Clay Street. During the search, police seized several electronic devices and other evidence related to the downloading and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Domingo was booked into Central Detention Center in San Bernardino and is currently released on bail.
The Redlands Police Department is an affiliate of the Los Angeles Regional Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which works cooperatively with a vast network of local, state and federal law enforcement partners to pursue those who violate crimes of child exploitation.”
