“On March 12th, a deputy was getting ready for his patrol shift when he noticed a gold vehicle was parked along the curb near the Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services building. The deputy conducted a records check on the sedan and discovered it was stolen out of San Francisco.
During the investigation, the deputy found Dennis Brovald’s (33, San Francisco) identifying information inside of the car. The personal information included a picture of Brovald. At that moment, the deputy immediately recognized Brovald as the man who was walking near the vehicle just moments before.
The deputy contacted Brovald, who was still in the area. Ultimately, Brovald admitted to being in possession of the stolen vehicle. Brovald was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail for possession of a stolen vehicle and probation violation”
