“Early Tuesday morning one of our officers noticed a subject looking into a vehicle parked at a motel.
He was found to have a fixed blade knife and handgun concealed in his waistband.
He was also in possession of three more knives, a switchblade, suspected methamphetamine, suspected heroin and suspected Xanax.
Inside the vehicle officers found a rifle, stun gun, drug paraphernalia and additional pills.
Manuel Roy Catron Jr, of Atascadero was arrested and booked into county jail.“
