On Thursday, May 13, 2021, at approximately 7:30 p.m., deputies from the Wasco Substation conducted a probation search in the 1900 block of Gaston Street.
During the probation search, deputies located an illegal loaded firearm, suspected methamphetamine, and an operable police scanner.
Deputies arrested Oscar Dominguez (age 27) from Wasco and Destiny Ramirez (age 18) from Wasco. Dominguez was booked into the Kern County Jail for several felony firearm possession charges, participation in a criminal street gang, conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful use of a police scanner.
