“Just after 2 p.m. Thursday, TCSO Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 99 and Paige in Tulare.
Deputy Williams and his K9 partner, Tex, searched the vehicle for drugs.
K9 Tex led his partner to the trunk and discovered 51 pounds of methamphetamine.
TAGNET detectives were called to take over the investigation.
The driver, Daniel Dominguez, and his passenger, Arcelia Valdez, were arrested and booked into Tulare County Jail for H&S 11378 and H&S 11379.”
