On June 17, 2021, members of the General Crimes Unit, AB109 Task, and Strategic Community Officers conducted a catalytic converter theft mission.
A total of five felony arrests were made.
Two suspects were caught in the act of stealing a catalytic converter in the 6500 block of Tam O’Shanter Dr. and they were booked into County Jail for multiple theft-related charges. ARRESTED: Daisy Sysengrat, 35, and Boun Chansombath, 39.
Two suspects were arrested after a probation search of their hotel room in the 1300 block of E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and located thousands of dollars’ worth of stolen property, along with tools used in stealing catalytic converters.
The suspects were also linked to a burglary in Roseville and Roseville PD detectives took custody of them and our stolen property charges were referred to the DA. ARRESTED: Matthew Goldsby, 32, and Olivia Morgan, 34.
Brentwood PD arrested Jerold Rule, 35, on a Stockton PD warrant related to catalytic converter thefts from a March 17, 2021 case in Stockton.
