On June 16, 2021, at 5:04 p.m., Stockton Police Community Response Team Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the 500 block of North Windsor Avenue and the driver was found to be on searchable probation.
The suspect assaulted an officer and was taken to the ground.
A probation search of the suspect’s residence was conducted, and a loaded firearm was found.
Arrested was Marissa Vergara, 22, for resisting arrest, weapons charges, and child endangerment.
