Two Home Invasion Robbery Suspects Arrested, Third Suspect Still Sought
SAN PABLO — Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a home invasion robbery and a third suspect is still being sought. Surveillance cameras recorded a victim being attacked outside his home and then dragged inside.
Armed intruders robbed the man and his family of approximately $5,000 in cash last month. They also stole a computer, jewelry, and wallets containing personal identification information.
This violent robbery occurred May 12. Family members were pistol whipped and threatened, but no one was seriously injured, before the thieves fled.
Investigators examined video evidence to identify the vehicle used by the suspects. The FBI assisted the San Pablo Police Department in investigating this crime.
A multi-agency operation was conducted in the predawn hours of June 17. Search warrants were executed with assistance from local police at residences located in Antioch, Pittsburg, and Vallejo.
Three handguns and other evidence linked to the crime were recovered as evidence. However, one of the suspects apparently was not at home when the police showed up.
Tahj Reagan, 26 of Vallejo, was arrested at 4:05 a.m., and Antwon Redmon, 32 of Antioch was arrested at 4:30 a.m.
Reagan was booked for robbery, conspiracy to commit crime, and identity theft. His other charges include felon in possession of a gun, ammunition, and body armor.
Reagan was also wanted for parole violation and gun related charges in Solano County and San Francisco.
Redmon faces charges for robbery, identity theft, conspiracy, and felon in possession of ammunition.
The third suspect, Pierre Vines, 26 of Pittsburg, remains at large. Vines is wanted for robbery, identity theft, conspiracy, and possession of stolen property.
Vines is considered potentially armed and dangerous. Anyone with information can call San Pablo police at 510-215-3150.
