“On 6/7/2021, Brent Mcghee contacted EDSO to report locating his previously stolen bicycle advertised for sale on Craigslist in Sacramento.
Brent’s bike was stolen from his residence in El Dorado Hills in December of 2020.
EDSO Detectives met with the seller of the bicycle and positively identified it as Brent’s bicycle by it’s serial number.
The seller was not arrested as he had proof he purchased the bike from another party.
Although there will be no prosecution in this case, Brent was happy to get his bike returned to him.”
