“On 06/23/2021, after an extensive investigation, working in conjunction with the Siskiyou County District Attorney’s Office, Mount Shasta Police Department Officers arrested DAVID ROY KNOWLES SR on a felony warrant issued out of Siskiyou County Superior Court.
The warrant charges were 1 count of Sexual Penetration by use of force, 2 counts of sexual penetration by fraud, and 5 counts of sexual battery by fraud. KNOWLES was booked into the Siskiyou County Jail on $100,000.00 bail.
The Mount Shasta Police Department will continue to follow up on any information that we receive regarding this case. We believe there may still be more victims of KNOWLES that have not yet come forward. If you were a victim or a witness, please know that we are her for you and will protect your confidentiality.”
