“Today, Officers responded to a radio call of a male acting suspicious in the parking lot of a medical office on Hancock Avenue. The first Officer on scene spotted the male standing near the open door of a parked SUV but the male fled on a skateboard when additional Officers arrived. The male was found and detained a short distance away while other Officers checked on the SUV.
Inside the SUV, Officers spoke with a 17 year old female who was waiting for her family while they were inside the medical office. The female told Officers the male had grabbed her and tried to kiss her while she was sitting inside the SUV with the door ajar but he left when Officers arrived.
The male, later identified as Samuel Dominguez, was found to have a lengthy criminal record with prior sexual assault arrests throughout California, Arizona, Texas and Oregon. Dominguez was arrested by Murrieta PD Officers and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center with a bail enhancement of 1 million dollars.”
