“On July 20, 2021 at 3:38 pm, officers with the Special Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after identifying the front passenger as Jose Ochoa, 38.
Ochoa was known to have an active warrant for his arrest for a violation of Parole. The driver, Leslie Doyle, 24, was also found to have an active arrest warrant.
Both Ochoa and Doyle were taken into custody. A search of the vehicle was conducted and 13.6 ounces of methamphetamine along with other evidence consistent with the sale of narcotics were located.
A search warrant was then authored by detectives with the Narcotics unit and served at Ochoa’s residence in the 32000 Blk of Grandview St. in the County of Tulare. There, additional evidence of sales of narcotics were located along with Hydrocodone pills and ammunition. Ochoa has prior felony convictions and is prohibited from possessing ammunition.”
