“Officers were involved in a stolen vehicle pursuit, followed by a foot pursuit with this suspect earlier today.
Mr. Don Edward Bailey, age 27 of Chico, was taken into custody for numerous local charges and had several warrants out for his arrest.
Mr. Bailey is also on Post Release Community Supervision.
We again thank the numerous members of our community for keeping a watchful eye and making sure our officers knew which way the suspect was running!
