10 arrested for drug trafficking in South Lake Tahoe and Stateline, Nevada
Warrants were executed for three people operating a drug trafficking ring in South Lake Tahoe and Stateline, Nevada.
The three arrested for distribution of meth were –
Frank Ray Bacon, 53;
Seven others arrested for state narcotics and/or weapons charges are –
Lindsey Marie Ketchen, 25
Timothy Austin Pannel, 28
Derek Ryan Silva, 21
This was part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) operation. Those who participated included the Federal Bureau of Investigation, South Lake Tahoe Police Department, El Dorado COunty Sheriff’s Office, El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
