“In June of 2021, the Redwood City Police Department received a cyber-tip from the Silicon Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force leading to an investigation of a subject, identified as Ariel Torres (44), for possessing child porn.

On August 19^th, 2021, Redwood City Detectives executed a search warrant at Torres’ residence in the 3400 block of Page Street, and seized numerous electronic devices, which revealed images of child pornography.

Torres was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for possession of child pornography.”
