VALLEJO PD ARRESTS SUSPECT IN JULY 14, 2021 HOMICIDE OF 15-YEAR-OLD JUVENILE

“On Friday, September 10, 2021 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the Vallejo Police Department partnered with members of the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Fugitive Task Force to arrest 28-year-old Demark Anthony Bernstine of Richmond, CA, who was wanted in connection to the July 14, 2021 murder of a 15-year-old juvenile victim.

Bernstine was located outside of an apartment complex in Las Vegas, Nevada and arrested without incident by the USMS. Bernstine was booked locally in Nevada and is currently awaiting extradition back to Solano County.”
