DUI driver almost made it home!

Just before leaving, deputies heard a thump coming from where their patrol vehicles were parked.

Deputies looked over and saw Ricardo Lopez Reyes moving his car over after hitting the side of the parked patrol vehicle.

Deputies contacted the driver, Ricardo Lopez Reyes, who lived at the residence, and determined he had been driving under the influence of alcoholic beverage.

CHP – Monterey arrived a short time later, conducted a DUI investigation and placed Ricardo Lopez Reyes under arrest for DUI.”
