Parolee-At-Large arrest thanks to Falcon One-Zero

“On September 24, 2021, at 9:57 p.m., the Stockton Police Air Support Unit Falcon-One Zero responded to assist the Lodi Police Department who was in pursuit of a suspect wanted by our department.

Falcon One-Zero coordinated with Lodi PD, CHP, and Stockton PD officers as the suspect was traveling towards Stockton.

CHP took over the pursuit as the suspect was entering Stockton City limits.

CHP requested additional SPD assistance as the suspect was waving a firearm out of the vehicle.

CHP was able to disable the suspect vehicle with spike strips and the suspect eventually stopped.

The suspect gave up, dropped his firearm, and was taken into custody by Lodi PD.

Arrested was Donald Welker, 47, parolee-at-large, on multiple felony charges.”
