Identity theft and forgery suspect arrested with search warrant

“Nevada City Police served a search warrant this afternoon at a residence in Grass Valley.
The investigation involves allegations of theft and forgery that Nevada City Police have been investigating for several weeks now. Potential evidence was seized at the residence along with illicit drugs.
Billy Mosley, 36-years-old, was arrested and subsequently booked into the Nevada County Jail on felony probation warrants that he’s been able to avoid for some time now. Pending charges are related to identify theft and forgery.
