“On October 26, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., Stockton Police Community Response Team Officers conducted a traffic stop at Berkshire Lane and Dorset Street. A search of the suspect revealed a loaded firearm concealed on his person. Arrested was Victor Zambrano, 18, for weapons charges.
On October 27, 2021, at 4:53 p.m., Stockton Police Community Response Team Officers responded to the 6300 block of North El Dorado Street on a report of a subject brandishing a gun. Officers detained the suspect and located a loaded firearm and brass knuckles in his possession. Arrested was Joseph Rowbal, 26, for weapons charges.”
