“On November 4th, 2021, it was reported to the Sheriff’s Office that the Lower Lake Elementary School had received threats on their voicemail from what appeared to be a juvenile stating they were going to shoot up the school.
Today with the assistance of school personnel, the Sheriff’s Office was able to identify the juvenile responsible.
The juvenile was contacted and stated that this was only intended to be a prank and there was no actual intentions of carrying out the threat.
The Sheriff’s Office always takes these threats seriously and will do everything possible to identify those responsible.”
