“On 01/02/2022 a Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was patrolling Montague when he saw a 2002 Blue GMC pickup with expired vehicle registration. The Deputy pulled over the vehicle and contacted the driver, Don Watson.

Watson had two felony warrants, one out of the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office and one out of Yreka Police Department and was promptly arrested by the Deputy. During the search of Watson, it was discovered he was carrying Methamphetamine and a Methamphetamine pipe in his pocket.

Watson was then taken to the Siskiyou County jail where he was booked for his warrants, possession of Methamphetamine and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Later, the Methamphetamine was processed and determined to have a weight of 12.5 grams.”
