“This morning at approximately 1:06 am, officers responded to a report of prowlers, and they contacted two individuals in the area of Front St. at San Luis St. A male and female who were looking into vehicles with a flashlight. They were eventually identified as Malachai Delgado (27) and Crystal Cornejo (39).
Delgado was found to be wanted on a felony warrant and was placed under arrest. During a search incident to arrest, Delgado was found to be in possession of a loaded, 40 Cal. Glock style Polymer 80 handgun.
Cornejo was found to be in possession of a meth and heroin indicative of possession for sales. Both were transported and booked in county jail on various weapons and narcotics related charges.”
