A 52-year-old man was arrested in a sting operation after attempting to meet up with a 13-year-old girl for sexual acts in Ontario.
Before his arrest, the suspect, Manuel Eugenio Huezo-Alvarado, had been talking to whom he believed to be a 13-year-old girl through a dating app called Meet4U. “After requesting sexually explicit photos of the ‘minor’, Huezo-Alvarado traveled to the City of Ontario to meet the ‘minor’ in person,” according to the release.. “Instead, Huezo-Alvarado was contacted by police and arrested after he admitted he planned to meet with a 13-year-old child.”
The suspect was charged with “attempting to contact a minor with the intent to commit sexual acts” and booked at West Valley Detention Center.
