“On April 14th at 10:08p.m., officers stopped Daniel Torres 37, in a White Nissan Altima, prior to stopping Torres, he was seen throwing something from his vehicle.
Officers searched the area of 302 Garces Highway where Torres was seen throwing something from his vehicle and located a loaded 9mm handgun and a 34 round high capacity magazine.
Torres admitted to being an active southern gang member.
Records revealed he was a prior convicted felon.”
