“Yesterday deputies responded to the Quality Inn in Cameron Park regarding a report of a male stealing items from vehicles in the parking lot. Deputies arrived on scene and quickly located the subject. During the investigation deputies contacted two other subjects in connection with the case, who were in possession of stolen property from theft cases the day prior. During a search deputies located narcotics, paraphernalia, scales, money and packaging consistent with the sales of narcotics.
30-year-old Kirtus Sims, 43-year-old Rachel James Sanchez, and 57-year-old Danny Sanchez were arrested and booked in the El Dorado County Jail for varying charges. The stolen property recovered was returned to the victims in the cases. Thank you for your assistance holding these people accountable for their actions.”
