– Possession of drug paraphernalia
– Felony no bail Marin County Warrant

– Felon in possession of a firearm
– Possession of a controlled substance while armed

The COPE Team is comprised of A Deputy from the Sheriff’s Office, an Officer from the Novato Police Department and a Marin County Probation Officer. The main focus of the Unit is to monitor high risk narcotics violators who have been placed on probation rather than serving time in custody. The goal of the COPE unit is to ensure that those individuals who have been granted the privilege of probation are leading law abiding lives.”
