“Just after midnight on June 3rd, a Placer County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop at the corner of Bowman Road and Auburn Ravine Road and contacted the driver, along with two passengers.
One of the passengers, 33-year-old Bruce Gordon, initially refused to identify himself to the deputy. Upon a consensual search of the vehicle, the deputy found four grams of methamphetamine inside a small plastic baggie in the front passenger seat and a fixed-blade knife where Gordon was sitting.
A search of Gordon additionally revealed a small glass pipe commonly used to ingest narcotics and a can of pepper spray in a holster. Gordon was arrested for carrying a concealed dagger, unlawful possession of tear gas (pepper spray), possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.”
