“Merced – Richard Gluhm (65) was arrested for aggravated assault after he struck his roommate with a walking cane.
On June 15th, 2022, at 8:14 PM, Officers responded to the 100 block of W. San Clemente Drive for a disturbance. The 44-year-old victim told officers that Gluhm struck him over the head with a walking cane during an argument.
The victim sustained an injury to the top of his head consistent with a walking cane. The victim did not sustain serious injuries. Gluhm was arrested for aggravated assault and booked into custody at the Merced County Jail.
