“MPD is asking for your help in identifying the two subjects pictured here. They were captured on security footage entering the Vintage Faire Mall on their dirt bikes on Tuesday, July 26th shortly after 6 p.m.
Officers were called to the mall after receiving reports of shots fired in the mall. Officers responded quickly and determined no shots had been fired, but instead learned a couple of subjects on dirt bikes had ridden through the mall creating loud noises and causing a disturbance.

After receiving multiple tips regarding this investigation, the riders have been identified as 23-year-old David Hickman of Modesto and 20-year-old Derion Chavis of Manteca.
Hickman was located today and was arrested on charges of felony evading from a prior incident. Chavis is still outstanding.”
