“On Friday, 8/5, a homeless female was in the parking lot of a grocery store in the 900 block of Sunrise Ave. when she was approached by two men, one, later identified as 37 year old Sean John out of Sacramento, threatened her, pushed her to the ground, and stole her property.

The suspects fled the area in a small white sedan. Using our license plate reading technology, Flock, the vehicle was located at Douglas and I-80. Officers responded to the area and located the vehicle which was occupied by only the driver Sean John. John was arrested for robbery and directed officers to the location where he had dumped the victim’s property. He was booked into the South Placer Jail.

The second suspect is still outstanding, he’s described as a 6′ tall male with blond hair wearing a blue t-shirt.

Great investigative work and teamwork by our dayshift officers.”
