“On Thursday, September 15th, 2022 the Redding Police Department Bike Team was conducting patrols in and around Turtle Bay Exploration Park and Garden.

During their patrols they contacted multiple subjects, including Sean Dunlap (40 years of Redding).

A records check of Dunlap revealed he is a registered sex offender and he had failed to register for over one year. Dunlap was booked into the Shasta County Jail.”
