A Riverside County man has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a minor.

24-year-old Brian Meza Iniguez of Riverside, who reportedly owns and operates a churro catering business out of his apartment, was identified by police as the primary suspect in the alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl.

The victim reported that that she’d been assaulted at Iniguez’s apartment, from which he runs “Billions Mobile Inc.,” also known as “Cali Catering” or “Churros-N-Cream Catering,” police said.

Investigators also discovered that Iniguez had been under investigation for a similar crime in early August 2022.

Iniguez was located and arrested on Thursday, October 13, but was later released on bail.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities believe there may be more victims that Iniguez could have contacted through his businesses.

Anyone with information relevant to Iniguez and the investigation is encouraged to contact Detective Edward Vazquez at (951) 353-7136 or evazquez[at]riversideca.gov.
