Man Wanted on Suspicion of Attempted Murder, Considered Armed and Dangerous

COVINA, CA — The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the whereabouts and arrest of Joel Daniel Garcia, who is wanted on suspicion of attempted murder.
At 12:24 AM on October 30, 2022, two Hispanic men were reportedly shot and killed. Two other men were also shot and injured, the department said in a press release.
This incident happened on the the 17000 block of East Bellbrook Street in an unincorporated area of Covina.
Police have determined Joel Garcia should be considered armed and dangerous.
