Colorado Deputies Fired, Indicted in Fatal Shooting of Christian Glass

GEORGETOWN, Co. — Officials in Colorado have announced the terminations and indictments of two deputies accused of fatally shooting a 22-year-old man who called 9-1-1 for help.
The Colorado Office of the District Attorney Fifth Judicial District announced in a media release on Wednesday, November 23, grand jury indictments against Clear Creek County sheriff’s deputies Andrew Buen and Kyle Gould.
Buen is charged with second-degree murder and Gould with criminally negligent homicide in the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Christian Glass near Silver Plume on June 11, 2022.
Buen also faces charges of official misconduct and reckless endangerment, and Gould faces a charge of reckless endangerment. Buen’s bail was set at $50,000, while Gould’s was set at $2,500.
